Natalie Bit Loafer (Women)

I really really wanted to like these. I thought the square toe would make them more comfortable and roomy. But they compressed my big toe from the top down in a weird way. Just generally not comfortable in the toe box area, especially at this price point. The Tory Burch classic loafers are much more comfortable for a similar price. For reference I have a narrowish foot, size 9.5.

The loafers themselves seem really nice. I haven’t worn them out and about yet but when I tried them on, they are comfortable, they do run a bit big, but seem like very nice leather. That being said I am very disappointed with Nordstrom. The loafers I received were definitely previously returned as they have creases in the toe box of the leather already, dirt on the soles and scratch on the emblem. When I called to see if there was another pair, the sales person said no and didn’t offer other solutions . Seems like their customer service has declined quite a bit
