My first pair of Brooks
Let me start by saying that I am a runner, usually wear a size 8 in Altra, On, and New Balance, 71/2 in Nikes. Tried both the 8 which was huuuuge, and the 7 1/2 had still a bit too much toe room, so asked for the 7 my true shoe size and they fit. They are pretty hugging at the ankle compared to other slide in sneakers that I have had. Was not looking for a running shoe, as I already have quite a few, but rather looking for a training, sporty look sneaker and these worked for me. I have always had trouble with slide in shoes as my ankle is narrow and that is why I decided to keep these. They are light and pretty comfortable, a bit pricey and I do not consider these to be in any way a shoe to run in unless it is to run errands for which they are great, but yes the price high compared to other brands out there. I personally needed and had not been able to find something that I really felt comfortable with, actually was looking for APLs but none at my local Nordstrom store. So I will say they run true to size, but if you decide you want to use for running yes go up 1/2 a size. width is great at the toe box, have a bit of bunion and they do not show at all.

Pregnancy Walking Shoes!!!
I was running about 20 miles a week in Levitates with laces, but now that I'm expecting I'm doing more walking. I was online prepared that I would need to buy a brand different than Brooks because I wanted a slip on for the last few months. That's when I found these. I am so pleased with them. Not sure if I'd like them for running but they are great for a brisk walk and they fit so snugly that I get relief for my achy feet.

Hate this Version of levitate 4. Sent it back. I have 12 pairs of rubber tape for us and they’re the best shoe!
