Updated with more cushioning in the heel and forefoot, this distance-engineered trail-running shoe takes you over uneven terrain, changing elevations and loose debris with ease.

Perfect for: Trail runners looking to cover distance while conquering challenging terrain in a protective, responsive shoe made in part with recycled materials.

Upper: 3D Fit Print Air Mesh maintains its shape as if flexes and recovers with every stride. Enhanced cushioning in the forefoot and heel provide comfort and protection on changing surfaces.

Midsole Drop: 6mm. Classified as a mid-drop measurement, it pushes your foot forward to support a more natural mid/forefoot strike.

Lower: DNA LOFT v3 nitrogen-infused cushioning grounds every stride on lightweight, responsive comfort. Ballistic Rock Shield keeps rocks, roots and trail debris at bay. Embedded Trail Adapt System ensures changing terrain won't trip you up or slow you down. TrailTack Green lugged tread reliably grounds every stride while leaving smaller eco footprints.

Cascadia 19
Cascadia 19. The fit was fine but shoes were too soft on bottom. I use Cascadia on road mostly. I have used Cascadia since Cascadia 7. Very nice looking shoe though. I tried turning the Cascadia 19 into a walking shoe and still too soft for me.

Just what I needed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Exactly what I needed. I needed a shoe to run off-road with. sometimes gravel trails, sometimes dirt and grass. These shoes are just as comfortable as my Ghost 17s but with better grip for the trails. They will also serve as hiking shoes for our road trip.

Good traction on multiple surfaces
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for a hiking trip that didn't happen, but I got to try them out on our local trails. For over two hours on grass, dirt, gravel, ground asphalt, and pavement I had no trouble with traction or slipping. The shoes were comfortable and great on all those surfaces. I'm usually a road runner, but I had such a good time with these, I'm looking forward to going back and maybe trying other trails in our area.

Too long
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried these in mens 9.5 wide. Good quality shoe but too long and pointy compared to Cascadia 17. Returned them.
