Details & care

Updated with more cushioning in the heel and forefoot, this distance-engineered trail-running shoe takes you over uneven terrain, changing elevations and loose debris with ease.

Perfect for: Trail runners looking to cover distance while conquering challenging terrain in a protective, responsive shoe made in part with recycled materials.

Upper: 3D Fit Print Air Mesh maintains its shape as if flexes and recovers with every stride. Enhanced cushioning in the forefoot and heel provide comfort and protection on changing surfaces.

Midsole Drop: 6mm. Classified as a mid-drop measurement, it pushes your foot forward to support a more natural mid/forefoot strike.

Lower: DNA LOFT v3 nitrogen-infused cushioning grounds every stride on lightweight, responsive comfort. Ballistic Rock Shield keeps rocks, roots and trail debris at bay. Embedded Trail Adapt System ensures changing terrain won't trip you up or slow you down. TrailTack Green lugged tread reliably grounds every stride while leaving smaller eco footprints.

Poor quality

Bought 1 pair of these that the heel material blew out in less than 2 seasons. I used them for golfing only. 95% of the time was while using a golf cart. Brooks graciously replaced them with a new pair of Acadia 18. These have deteriorated faster and worse with side and heel blowout. i have bought another major brand that lasted 3x longer than Brooks. Might be Brooks are not designed for lateral pressure, but the heel material should wear out like this.

So far so good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. But the real test will be when I walk part of the Camino in a few weeks. Daily distances will be about 15 miles. What I really enjoy about the Cascadia 19 are the built in rock guards. Did a hike on rough trails and hardly felt the sharp stones through the sole.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the shoe, hate the color. Only this ugly white and black available in my size 14. Now I see its on sale. You can do better.

Narrow not enough toe room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is too arrow for me, not enough toe space. I ordered size 9.5 with 2E, tried it on and it's way too tight. End up returning it. That's my big drawback for me, everything else appears to be good. I have been trying to find something for Trail that would fit my wide feet, but no luck yet.
