Nordstrom Sent me a USED Bag
As soon as I open the box I could tell it was used the minute I tried it on I notice the coach leather ware letters were off on top of it it's ripped on different spots and the tags were reattached not sure who can do this. The back of the bag is dirty with dark stains as it seems to me it was used and rubbed on jeans or some sort of dark color clothes . Nordstrom please do better.

Great Look!
Love the coach letters on the front. Nice touch to a straw bag. Can't tell how secure they are, so we'll wait on that. It has room for all the essentials and a little more. It doesn't feel or look cheap. Definitely recommended.
