Really wanted to love this dress-arms scratchy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gorgeous well made dress! Fitted body w very large balloon arms. The body is well lined and soft but the sleeves are not lined and very itchy/scratchy esp at the seam at the underarm. If the lining continues at the sleeve it would be perfect
