Victoria Felted Wool Fedora

The hat was squeezed into a box that was too small, causing irreparable damage to the brim. I was shocked when I opened the box; it was a complete disappointment. I expected better from Nordstrom, especially since I have been a loyal customer for over 35 years. I was so frustrated that instead of shipping it back, I had drove to my nearest Nordstrom to return it on the same day it was delivered. This experience was unacceptable!

Hat is a very cute style and the Timberwolf/Rose Gold combo is very attractive. The hat is very stiff, as mentioned by other reviewers, and it runs large. I'm at the top end of the medium size, and this hat just rattled around my head. Not even close to fitting me. The style ended up being not a good choice for my face, so I can't weigh in on whether a smaller size would have worked. I returned it.

I’ve owned many fedoras trying to find the perfect one. I have to say that this is the perfect hat. The size of the brim makes it easy to dress up or down. The quality it amazing. I’m going to purchase the other color as well. I will say that it does run slightly small.
