LOVE this Shampoo!
I can’t believe it took me this long to find the shampoo that works best for my hair. I have naturally frizzy/curly hair and this is the best shampoo (combined with the conditioner as well) are the best combos. Would highly recommend. In love with this brand as well.

Does not work
I am super surprised by all the good reviews on this. This left my hair felt heavy and greasy. It did NOT clean my hair very well, because it doesn’t really lather that well you have to use quite a bit especially if you have thick hair. The pump on mine arrived broken. And could not stand the smell! I have never hated a shampoo as much as I hated this one.

Great if used correctly
Smells amazing, because it’s sulfate free it won’t lather so you have to use a small amount in different sections in order to feel like your scalp is completely clean. Hair feels a little stripped after washing it out and you have to follow up immediately with conditioner or a hair mask to get the tangles out.

Expected more from Nordstrom
I was disappointed once I opened my package to find a gash on the shampoo bottle. The product leaked and I am not sure exactly how much product I actually paid for. It took way to long to receive my order, and at this point I find it a hassle to return the shampoo. I am very disappointed and I honestly expected better from Nordstrom.

Smells great, lathers up nicely
First let me say that this is not a moisturizing shampoo at all, it’s a cross between a cleansing shampoo and a clarifier. Idk why they put moisturizing in the title. However, I ended up loving it because of how great the ingredients are and how smooth it made my hair feel. I’m not a huge fan of co-washing because I like that clean feeling so I was happy to find something that does not strip my hair and feels amazing upon application. I use this with the Camille rose Moroccan pear conditioner for a quick wash day and it was perfect. It left my hair feeling soft, clean and it smells amazing. I’m black with 3C/4a hair texture hair.

allergic reaction plus it has a terrible smell!
Wanted to like this because I needed a new shampoo conditioner for my colored hair. I previously used Amika and not sure why I wanted to switch. This product smells terrible, like soap from a park bathroom and left my hair dry. Worst of all I just found out it gave me a terrible rash all over my neck, ears and scalp. Buyer beware.

Dry, Frizzy hair no more!
Really happy with this shampoo! I have very dry, frizzy hair that was becoming too unmanageable to wear down during the warmer months because of the humidity. I had been researching for a new shampoo to help moisturize and restore my hair. After just one use I could see a difference already! My hair is a lot softer and the frizz is definitely a lot less. The consistency of the shampoo is very thick, so I have difficulty sometimes running it through all my hair. But still def worth purchasing, especially if you struggle with dry hair. A great brand and the bottle is big, so it should last me a while.
