Exceptional Customer Service
My wife is delighted with the Aveda Styling Gel but when we received the shipment one of the tubes had a defective lid and had leaked some of the gel out. I made one easy call and Nordstrom immediately shipped a new tube to us. We could not be happier with the product or the Customer Service. Thanks to you Nordstrom, a good company taking good care of their customers!!

You changed the formula!
I stopped using the Shampure because you changed the formula and I come to find out that you did the same thing to the Retexturing Gel! This used to be the only thing I used on my hair. I noticed the smell was a little bit different but it's not like the original product. Aveda, stop messing with the original formulas. You're losing some loyal customers. I was a lifer with your products, now I need to go elsewhere and that makes me sad.

My favorite hair gel
This gel is my favorite and I love it so much I order 2 or 3 at a time so we don’t run out. First, it smells divine. Second, it really holds your hair well without making it sticky or stiff. I have naturally curly hair and when I use this, it doesn’t leave my curls looking like I just stepped out of the shower, just keeps their shape and frizz free.

Excellent, natural staying power
I use this gel along with Aveda Curl Enhancer to keep my curls natural looking all day long.
It doesn't "gunk" up my hair and gives volume and hold that defines and keeps my hair from getting frizzy or out of control.

Great for controlling frizz and unplanned curls
For curly frizzy hair that needs management, this product is great. It's a rather thick gel (think phlegm) that you have to smush around your palms and then apply throughout your hair or where you want control . It dries stiff but then just crunch your hair with your fingers. Your hair will be soft but controlled. It's been extra humid these past few days. This product won't keep your hair from curling if it's super curly but it will keep the frizz under control.

Aveda hair gel
I love this product; it is rather expensive but a little goes a long way. A container will usually last me over two months and it is the best gel I have ever used. If for some reason your hair goes "flat" during the day, simply wet a brush and use it on your hair to bring back the fullness and control that you want. Nordstrom's doesn't charge for shipping so I can order this from them cheaper than buying it at a shop. Great deal!

Wonderful Styling Gel
I have used this gel for several years. My hair tends to frizz and kind of "do it's own thing" at times. This gel keeps it all in place for an entire day. Highly recommend!!
