Better than expected
I bought this for my wife and she loved it. It's easy to pack and unpack, easy rolling, easy carrying if have to. A bit on the pricey side, well made quality product well worth the investment

Nearly same product went on sale a week later!
Overall good luggage but nearly the same product went on sale a week later and the company didn’t honor the sale. When asked for clarity on the differences in the product, barely got any kind of response.

Very nice but a little heavy
This is a very nice suitcase consistent with what you’d expect from Briggs & Riley. Their genius mechanism for expanding and compressing suitcases remains the best in the market IMHO. I also love that this is not a clamshell design - it’s easy to use when elevated on a luggage rack or in a small space. The hard shell is easy to clean and looks great. The wheels are well-designed and function smoothly as does the handle. The one issue for me is the hard shell is a little bit too heavy. This isn’t unique to Briggs and I guess that’s the price we pay for hard shells but it is a bummer. Knowing how heavy it feels, not sure I would buy it again since this size suitcase is intended to be a carry on that I’m lifting into overhead bins on planes. Or maybe I need to hit the gym and get stronger! This may not be a deal breaker for others.

Great suitcase
I have used it on two trips since I received it. I went to France for 10 days and it was perfect - rolls smoothly everywhere and is easy to repack when needed. I’m just coming home from a week long car trip moving every night and it was so easy to keep everything in order and put dirty clothes in the other side from clean. It was also easy to lift in and out of the car - I am so glad I bought this suitcase!

2nd purchase for the color
Five years ago, I switched to a heavy travel role helping companies with safety and ergonomics. A veteran "travel warrior" friend told me to buy Briggs & Riley. They were right. My first blue Sympatico lasted five years of grueling, multi-site travel and was so good, still in great condition I just handed it down to my partner.
I bought a second one in Plum for the color (honestly) and I noticed a few upgrades:
More Luxurious Feel: The materials feel noticeably more premium.
Smarter Layout: The interior separator now secures to one panel rather than being a two-part system. Both work, this one is better.
Smoother Expansion: I didn’t think their compression-expansion system could get better, and idk how but it is.
My job brings exhausting early mornings and late nights. When I'm packing, B&R Sympatico is doing all the work, I just show up. Love it!

Beautiful and durable
I am extremely impressed with the quality and design of this carry-on. I did not know if the price would be justified, but it most certainly is!

Small but nice!!
