Don't get them wet!!!
Shoes will pack full of sand/gravel as soon as they touch water. Anywhere that's stitched inside the shoe (or not stitched, depending on how well they did at the factory) will allow grit to get in behind the fabric; impossible to get it all back out. Shoes were used a single time in a river - shallow, slow moving back eddy. Now I've basically got sandpaper inside my shoes. I'm failing to see why they market these as "water" shoes.

Absolutely superb!
I was a little skeptical about paying this much for a “water shoe” – but all of those reservations were quickly erased the first time I launched my kayak with them.
These are far more capable, and are quite literally the perfect shoe for any outdoor adventures that might include treading through water.
They are crazy, comfortable, and drain and dry super quickly.
