Item arrived used and dirty
This item was not new. It arrived in a plastic shopping bag inside the Nordstrom shipping envelope with just a price tag attached (no brand tags anywhere). It had clearly already been worn and had not been laundered. This would have been annoying with any item, but with intimate wear it was really unacceptable. This is the sort of thing I’d expect from Amazon, not Nordstrom. Super grossed out & disappointed.
