Disappointed

I just received my new Tabitha bag, and it's difficult to overstate my disappointment. I've purchased only Brahmin bags for over 20 years after being initially drawn to the impeccable style and quality. I've always loved the soft interior fabric, and even the smell of a new Brahmin bag. When I received my new Tabitha bag today, I was initially struck by the stiffness of the bag. It has the feel of plastic. After unzipping it, I noticed the waviness of the zipper; not the quality workmanship of past Brahmin purchases. The lining is thin polyester fabric. Even the smell is that of a cheap shoe store. This bag is a complete disappointment, and it unfortunately will be sent back tomorrow.
