Hate the chain strap!
I bought this in another store and I'm going to have to return it. The bag itself is nice (Golden Lynx) however the chain is very heavy and clunky. Plus when you put the handbag down the chain gets all tangled up with the links and I have to continually fix it. I do have the regular Brahmin Lorelei in the Feline color which is beautiful. I don't think this one is made well.
