No manufacturer's warranty
I purchased this bracelet on March 26, 2026, and after wearing it only three times, the cord came apart. I contacted Uno de 50, and they told me that Nordstrom was responsible for handling the warranty. However, when I called Nordstrom, they said they were not. It's unbelievable that neither company is willing to take responsibility. To make matters worse, Uno de 50 is based in Spain, and everything is difficult—from getting in touch with customer service to obtaining warranty assistance. The customer service from both companies has been extremely disappointing. I expected much better from brands of this reputation. After this experience, I will not be purchasing from Uno de 50 again.
