Returned because it is impossible to use
I returned it because it was impossible to figure out how to adjust a band. The iso-called nstructions also suggested taking it to a local jeweler and seeing if they would adjust it for free - I find it hard to believe that Nordstrom would knowing suggest that someone buy a product online and then take it to a local store for free service. In any event, I don't want anything that is too complicated to use.
