How to use: Apply serum to lengths and ends at bedtime and do not rinse. Sleep on it. In morning, style as usual. Use generously. Section hair into four sections. Emulsify product in hands and work a generous amount into each section. Then comb through with a paddle brush.

Fantastic product
I used my Aveda points to get the 30ml sized bottle of this. I'm in my 60s and never in my life has a product had such an effect on my hair. Since I was 15 I've always washed my hair every 1-3 days and now for the first time ever I can go 5-6 days without washing it. It's transformed my fine wavy/curly hair and I'm so grateful. Definitely recommend.

Makes my hair textured and not smooth
I have dry frizzy hair that breaks easily and I love most of the botanical repair line except this one, which is sad because I spent so much on it and couldn't return it because it was from a salon. I tried making it through in all different ways, wet hair before blow drying, dry hair at night, as treatment for my ends, but every time my hair lost smoothness and felt more textured. Not the look I was going for. I really tried to make this work for the last few months and just can't.

Feels sticky
Not really sure it’s extremely lightweight serum smells extremely strong very musky, on application it made my hair feels very sticky and I couldn’t stand the smell it’s very strong, I only use it now the night before washing my hair to avoid the sticky feeling but I’m not sure if I noticed any difference yet my hair still look the same.

So disappointed with this one
The first time I used this serum I think I used too much of the product since my hair looked like I added a ton of gel on it. The strands completely stuck together. I had to wash it in the morning since it looked like a dirty mess.
It took hours to dry, so it was not nice to sleep with it. It kept sticking to my face during the whole night. I didn't get a good night's sleep and I had to change my pillow case in the morning. After that I used just 3-4 pumps for my whole hair. I would use it usually 2 hours before I go to sleep so it can be completely dry. After it dried my hair ends would still stick together so it felt like it was very tangled. In general, I didn't see any big changes with my hair in the morning. My hair was more stiff and it felt heavy.
Unlike other products from this range, this one was a huge disappointment to me. I will definitely try to give it to someone else.

Amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smells lush, applied to my hair the night before washing. After application it didn't feel greasy in my hair and didn't stain my pillows cases which is always a win for me! Sample contained one application. Definitely a more luxury/expensive hair care product but worth the money and I'll be purchasing in future as I'm sure a large bottle will last a long time even though my hair is very dense and thick
