Mimi Ankle Strap Sandal

I have ordered these sandals twice and each time the right sandal is defective. Instead of the strap at the ball of the foot being tucked into the sole, it is a rough raw unfinished edge that your foot is rubbing against. Very unpleasant and I am not able to get any assurance if I order a third time...that it won't have the same problem. These are going back!

I LOVE Born shoes, always have. These sandals are beautiful, have a really cushy footbed, but are so wide my foot almost steps out of them! I ordered a size 10 which should have worked (really a 9.5) and I have other Born size 10 sandals, but these have to go back. It's as if they are a wide shoe size.

Ordered size 10… too long, too wide! Will reorder size 9.
