I really like these sandals but the way Nordstrom’s Santa Anita store shipped them to me leaves something to be desired. I ordered these sandals in white and when they arrived in a plastic Nordstrom‘s bag and the inside box was totally crushed. The shoes inside were fine, but since I store my shoes inside the original box I returned them to my local Nordstrom store. I re-ordered the shoes again online and the second shipment that arrived from the Reno store was packed in an overpack box with a perfect shoe box inside. When I opened the box, I discovered that all the cardboard inserts that keep the shape of the shoe were missing, and that the tissue paper was crumbled. I am extremely dissatisfied. Maybe I’m a bit delusional but I think if you’re going to spend $120 on a pair of shoes they should at least look unused when you open the box.
