Essentials 14K Gold Smooth Hoop Earrings

I spent a long time looking for 14k gold chubby hoops that were full loops and weren’t crazy expensive. These are so perfect, the size is great for every day and the clasp feels really tight and secure. I just lost a similar mejuri pair because the clasp was a little loose so I’m really happy about how sturdy these feel. Perfect price point imo.

I studied all the gold hoops on the Nordstrom web site before purchasing. The pictures supplied by the website, are digitalized and often are just a photo applied onto a photo of a model. Often they are not accurate, so they are little help in assessing what the earring really looks like. Much better to see them at the store in person, but alas there is a pandemic going on. Anyway, they are quite small, but of good quality. They are light weight,( not a lot of gold , which is reflected in price), I don't know how well they will hold up over time. The hinge is quite delicate, I take special care when putting them on. They are pretty and shiny, they would definitely look good as a second earring. They are too small on their own to make much of a statement. They could work well for an everyday look.
