Necklace Yes, Packaging No!!!!
Nordstrom, you’re going to have to do better than this. It’s a beautiful necklace, which arrived knotted and tangled in the Bony Levy blue box with no surrounding protection pouch, casing or covering and as a matter of fact, the necklace was just loose in the delivery box and those aren’t sealed well so it could’ve easily just fallen out during shipping. No packing paper at all in the delivery box. No protective cotton square in the blue box supposedly containing the necklace. It took me almost an hour to untangle this mess. If you’re going to make me print out my own return shipping labels (as opposed to when you used to automatically include them) the least you could do is package my diamond necklace properly for shipping.
