Flawed design

I had the same problem that other reviews had with the clasp coming undone. Fortunately, I was at home when one of the earrings fell off. Sadly, I will be returning and feel fortunate that I can because I did not lose one from the faulty design because these are not cheap.

I have only worn this earring twice and the second time, it came undone. It fell out as I was walking in the streets of the town I live in and ever since I cannot find it. The clasp didn’t have a strong hold and I’ve been in contact with an associate to get myself a new single pair but it’s been a while as well.

Quality Issues

The first pair I received had a loose/broken clasp. The second pair arrived scratched. I have these in the smaller size and they are great. Not sure why the larger size seems to have issues.

Unsecure clasp.

I purchased the hoop earrings in white gold and yellow. I have on several times lost and found the earrings that keep falling off. Today I lost one of the pair and hope Normstorms replaces it. The earrings are not designed well to lock in place.
