14K Gold Ball Stud Earrings

My children gifted me these beautiful gold studs for my birthday. Sadly, I have since lost a stud due to the small backings/short stem. I struggled with the earrings getting loose from the get-go. I went to Nordstrom with my concern, and they were kind enough to provide me with slightly larger backings, however, they were still inadequate. As beautiful and elegant as these earrings are, I do not recommend them.

I got these beautiful earrings in white gold. I wore them twice and on both occasions they fell out of my ear. The backs are really small and the stems seem shorter than my other studs. Unfortunately, I returned them. I was going to be charged another 20.00 for bony levy to make a larger backing. The earrings are beautiful but I didn’t want the worry of losing them with wear.

The earrings are pretty, however, one of the earrings was shipped to me without a back on it. The earring is just a ball. That is it. Very disappointed that it was shipped to me like that and furthermore, that a return label was not enclosed in the box. Such an inconvenience. The earrings are small also. For the price, they should be bigger.

Beautiful earrings with flawed design. As mentioned in other reviews, the posts are short and the earring backs are small/loose. The first time I wore them, one fell out and by the time I noticed, the earring was gone and ironically the earring back was still stuck to my ear lobe. The only way to replace the earring to so pay half the original price of the earrings. That would totally $300 for a pair of earrings that I was only able to wear once. Pretty bummed about that.
