I am trying to return my purchase
I cannot get anyone to help me. I fi out the form on line but I cannot finish it. I have emailed for assistance twice an no one returns my email. Very dissatisfied with this company. I certainly willl not recommend Boll and Branch.

Would not recommend
I am a side sleeper but I find this too hard for my shoulders . And it has a slight odor it does not have any of the softness of down feels like a rock

Great for side sleepers
Very good pillow, mostly a side sleeper so the firmness and height of this pillow is great in keeping head/neck aligned with rest of the body
Not waking up with neck /shoulder pain.
Is luxurious as well-so far making sleep a lot more restful.

Very happy with our pillow pillows. And sheets.
Waffle towels are a major disappointment. Not absorbent or luxurious in any manner. Likely go back to pottery barn for towels

Great Almost Firm Pillow
This pillow is well made and it's the perfect shape. It completely fills the pillow case unlike some of the oddly shape pillows being sold today. I am a side sleeper and I like a firm pillow. For a down pillow, this was certainly close to meeting my needs. It was very comfortable, but just a bit on the plush side for me.
My wife, however, who generally prefers a very soft pillow, has now tried this pillow and she absolutely loves it. Again, it may be what you want for firm, but would be better classifed as a medium firmness pillow. But it is a luxury pillow and super comfortable -- you just have to select the correct fill level for you.
