So - this is lovely

Originally I ordered a size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Originally I ordered a size 10 because a lot of the reviews were saying to size up. When I received them they were way too big, so I exchanged them for a 9 (my usual size) and they fit PERFECT. The return/exchange process for Sak was so easy and stress free. They sent me the new shoes fairly quick and I love them! They’re super comfy, I’ve been wearing them at work for my 12 hour shifts and I’ve had no feet pain. As of right now I like them better than my Birks. Will be ordering another pair!
