Bolga Baskets - Large Round Two Handle Natural Palette

The item I received does not match the picture shown in my order. It is the correct basket but in a different pattern with a large swirl of undesired color through the surface. It was unusable for us like that. I never would have purchased it if the photo on the order matched the item I received. When I went to the store to return it I was told because it was a marketplace item the store could not accept it. I had to get a FedEx label emailed to me, print the label, and bring it to a FedEx depot for return. I still have not yet received a refund. Receiving an item that did not match its photo, the added complexity to return the item, and corresponding long wait for a refund has made this purchase a less than enjoyable event.
