Fraudulent business, d.louise
Wow, how is it possible that Nordstrom has this product from a business that conducts shady practices. I ordered from d.louise directly in July 2026, and never received the order I was charged for. All I continue to receive when I inquire is a form letter, snippet: "Unfortunately, we recently identified a system issue that prevented your order from being forwarded to our warehouse for dispatch. As a result, your order was not processed and shipped within the expected timeframe. We sincerely apologise for this oversight and for the inconvenience it has caused."
