falls apart quickly

I have never seen a pair of shoes dissolve the way these have. I’m on the second pair and the same hole is emerging on the sole after only a short time. Also the waterproof prevents the shoe to breathe at all, so smells are magnified to the point of needing to be thrown away. These are the only shoes I’ve struggled with for my boys and it’s a recurring issue.

Cute and Durable

I bought these for both my 6 and almost 8 year old because the school shoes I just bought were falling apart. I wanted something that could handle Vermont weather when we didn't need boots but also a school shoe. These work perfect but also cute at the same time. Very light weight which is also nice. We always buy Bog boots and now will do some sneakers. I would like to see more tie shoes because my 10 year old would love a pair but doesn't want to get picked on for having Velcro shoes. Came back to order the next size for my 6 year old in case they go out of stock.

Hole within 7 months

I was disappointed this shoe didn't last at least a year. My son shared that his socks were getting wet and we later found out there's a gap/hole in the rubber seam that caused water to enter in. Otherwise, he loved it and it looked to be a sturdy shoe. It was his everyday shoe - he kept wearing it even though his socks were getting wet. I finally noticed when I saw that his socks were wet and not damp.

Waterproof, until the soles gave out

These shoes didn’t make it through half the school year until the very soft soles wore out. I’m pretty disappointed. They have been super comfortable and waterproof up until that point.
