Bobbi Brown
Bobbi Brown Cosmetics was founded in 1990 with the introduction of 10 super-wearable lipstick shades. Revolutionary foundation sticks soon followed, as well as a complementary skin care line that underscored the brand's purpose: to enhance the natural beauty of the wearer—working with what's already there, without any artificial colors—so a woman always looks and feels like herself.

Sheer loose powder
This powder is amazing. It covers what needs to be covered for a flawless finish. It is so finely milled that it goes on undetected. My skin looks amazing with just a light dusting either all by itself, or over a basic foundation. My skin color is light to medium, blonde hair so I use the pale yellow in the winter/spring. I go up a shade for the summer. The yellow base, in all the colors evens out any red spots. It does not come with an applicator, no problem, just use a soft bristle powder brush or a powder puff.

Poor Value
I was anxiously awaiting the "new release" of Bobbi Brown loose powder, having been a long time fan of this line. "New" much smaller container-- .21 oz. instead of .25 oz. The powder is now too sheer. Feels like you are wearing nothing and looks like it too! Why is it that every time a "new" formula is released the profit margin increases by giving LESS to the customer. Sorry, I will be switching lines. Very poor decision by the Bobbi Brown folks.

BB powders
I prefer this to the pressed powder version. I've used this powder every day for about a year to set the Bobbi Brown under eye brightener (a must-have). I do not use foundation every day and this powder creates the matte look I prefer. I usually touch up mid-day because my T-zone gets oily, but one touch up is all I need with this powder.
Be aware when switching between products when you buy Bobbi Brown online. I was sunny beige in the pressed powder, but I am pale yellow in the loose powder.
Positives:
- Sheer coverage if you don't like to wear foundation or BB Cream everyday
- Good value - the powder should last a few months
Negatives:
- It's impossible to get all the powder out of the sifter. Once you're at the end, you'll have to remove inner sifter lid (easily done) to access the remaining powder

Great product, bad packaging
Love this powder but the sifter wastes product and when you're near the end, the powder won't come out.

I have never been a fan of foundations let alone face powder but this really is GREAT!
I use the foundation stick and only need to use just a bit of the loose powder. It lasts all day!

Bright and light 3rd time purchasing
Loose powder can be messy, however, because it is loose it makes it very fine. I will always use this product when I want to look put together or will be taking photographs. It is a must have. I have bought this product twice over 10 years. I have not tried the pressed version to compare. However other powders that I have tried... Nars loose powder, smash box pressed powder, MAC, MUFE Duomat, Juice beauty loose powder, Guerlain pressed and pearl meteorites, and Laura Mercier Loose powder. The only one these that I would have repurchased, if I could find it again, is Guerlain pressed powder. I am a product junkie, so I am always looking to try something new, therefore, this means a lot that I am buying this product for the 3rd time.
