Understated greatness!!!
Got this as “gift” and almost tossed it since I don’t use a primer. But then I read reviews and decided to try it as a substitute for tinted moisturizer and I’m pretty excited about this product. It’s remarkably lightweight and very slightly tinted but has SPF 35. I’m using it alone after my moisturizer (Kate Somerville) and just add blush. It seriously smooths out my skin tone and looks great. (BTW I’m in my 70’s and have never recommended any products)

Made me break out
I wanted to love this primer, and was so excited given the primer plus radiance aspect, but it made my skin way too oily, and I saw break outs all over my chin and cheeks, and I hardly ever have breakouts. Not only that, but they were larger breakouts. I have used Bobbi Brown's tinted moisturizer with SPF in the past and have never had this problem. Still love BB, but super disappointed with this product.

Definitely NOT for mature skin
I apply the primer after moisturizer. Then I apply my Bobbi Brown BB Cream SPF35 in Natural which I've been using for years. If "Radiance" in this primer's name means shiny it is a success for someone much younger than I am. 70-something skin definitely does not want to be shiny. In addition, it turned my very "natural" BB cream darker and orange-ish. I returned it.

Passing on this one
Tried this primer out because I heard good things about it. I found it to leave a pink/white film on the face, which I personally didn't care for. I'm guessing the "radiance" part is part of the the shiny/oily film left on the face? Idk. Either way, for $30-40, I'd skip it.

My everyday first layer.
This is such a great base to my minimal makeup regime. Every day including in quarantine, I use this under layer. I’m inside now but the dog is a great add. My makeup doesn’t ball up or slip. It’s marvelous.

This product is helpful if you use powder makeup as I do. It eliminates the need for spf face lotion and eliminates a lot of the lines that powder makeup produces. The tint is so light that it really doesn't provide any coverage.
