What it is: A high-impact, high-intensity brush-tip liner that delivers bold color payoff and a chrome finish for graphic, runway-inspired looks.

It contains a unique blend of iridescent pearls for a multidimensional, high-shimmer line. A combination of fast-drying polymers creates a highly flexible, water-resistant finish that won't crack or fade. The brush tip gives you maximum control and applies liner smoothly and evenly for a crisp, graphic line.

How to use: Shake before use. Hold the liner horizontally against your lid and draw on using long, smooth strokes. Let dry.
