Long-Wear Cream Eyeshadow Stick

I’m pretty minimalist with my makeup and love a cream stick for ease of use and multitasking product. It works reasonably well as a lid primer, base lid color and corner highlight (in Opal color). I do get some creasing with my contour color later in the day after hard wear, but not much (and talking like hours in a windy park in Texas heat). My biggest issue with this that it’s too glittery. It’s okay at first but after being on all day, my eyes get irritated. It would also look prettier with a fine iridescence vs sparkly. I’ll keep using and buying this until I find something better—an iridescent/opalescent highlight color is shockingly hard to find without it just being pearl or pink—but if someone makes a finer iridescent Opal cream, I will move on.

The eyeshadow stick is really nice as far as ease of use, wear durability, and beautiful color. The color Opal is gorgeous but I do end up with glitter fallout all over my face. It’s pretty if that’s the look you are going for. The stick glides on effortlessly and the color stays all day. It’s weightless as well doesn’t feel like anything is on your eye . It really is a beautiful eyeshadow stick but for the price there shouldn’t be a glitter mess~ I also have the color Moonstone which does the same with the glitter. Additionally, i bought Bark which has no glitter, is a deep brown color and stays gorgeously in place. I’m not sure if I will keep the glittery sticks. I might since the holidays are here. They really are quite gorgeous. The Bark is a keeper for sure tho.
