How to use: Dip each side of the brush into Long-Wear Gel Waterproof Eyeliner and use short, smooth strokes to line the upper lash line. The tight tapered shape easily creates a precise winged liner look. Use light strokes to fill sparse brows for natural, hair-like definition. To clean, wet bristles with warm water, keeping the ferrule dry. Massage a small amount of our Conditioning Brush Cleanser into bristles, then rinse until water runs clear. Gently squeeze and reshape and lay flat with bristles over the edge of a surface to air dry.
