Replacement of Extra
Why would a company as loyal to B.B. as we are, replace an excellent product we've all loved. Doesn't make sense. I'll be switching that brand now.

Bring Back the Original
I agree with other reviewers. I had used the Extra Repair Moisturizing Balm SPF 25 for years. Introduced others to this amazing product, now it is gone. I loved this and the serum - both gone now. Please bring back the ORIGINALS!!!

Bring Back the Original
I agree with other reviewers. I had used the Extra Repair Moisturizing Balm SPF 25 for years. Introduced others to this amazing product, now it is gone. I loved this and the serum - both gone now. Please bring back the ORIGINALS!!!

Not good anymore
Used for years and years. Loved it. Worth every penny. Absolutely is not good anymore. Costs more and has more wasteful container too. Feel quite sorry for myself as it won’t be convenient during pandemic to sample and find a new product. I’ve been loyal to Bobbi Brown products for so long it’s hard to say, but don’t waste your money on this one. Gives me no pleasure to say that.

inferior to previous product
So sad with this switch in formula. I really struggle to find a good moisturizer so was a very loyal customer of the original repair moisture cream. The smell was amazing and the feel and the results…all of it was worth the continuous price hikes over the years. But this new one is inferior in every way- smell, feel, consistency, results. Unfortunate.

This is not good
I have always been a big Bobbi Brown fan. The extra skin line was a staple. This new formula I really wanted to love. When you apply it to the face you feel hydrating qualities. After a few minutes it feels like you haven’t applied anything and continues to feel drier and drier. This will be going back.

Not up to Bobbi Brown quality
I have purchased many Bobbi Brown products over the years and have been quite happy. I should have listened to the previous reviews. This product is not the "intense" moisture cream of past. It is light, does not hold the advertised hydration and for me--too much of a floral scent. Nothing worse than your moisture cream scent overtaking the room! Now I have a jar of this cream and unable to use it!
