so much potential

Made in Portugal. 100% cotton. Super cute pattern and design. What’s not to like? Unfortunately, the material feels like one of those cheap thin paper tablecloths that have a layer of plastic underneath. I actually had to double check the tag to verify it was cotton because it certainly felt so off. .
