This top is over the top. You can wear it with other items in your wardrobe besides the matching dress and pants. The elastic bottom is a game changer

Bubble Trouble for Midsections

Odd design, bought for color and fabric. The “bubble” isn’t the most flattering if you are heavier in the middle, had to size up. Hate the shirred cap sleeve but I mostly wear jackets on top anyway. EF design has slipped this year and all tops are cut too short.
