Fit is weird

I have pretty small hips relative to my chest, but I ordered two sizes of this (small and medium), and the small was perfect and blousy on top and the skirt was way too tight. The medium fit ok in the skirt but the top is huge. I love the look but unfortunately the fit is just not there for me and I have to return

Love this dress... fitted around hips and nice, blousy lightweight cotton top that feels cool and summery. Would be nice with a belt for accent or boots and textured nylons/tights for fall.

The fabric is lovely and tops fits well but skirt it tight. Ordered my normal medium and very tight on skirt.
