What it is: A 3-in-1 sheer lipstick + balm + tint, for hydrated, softer, blushed-from-within lips.
What it does: This hydrating, blurring and buildable lip tint delivers long-lasting sheer color. The six just-kissed shades contain Charlotte’s signature pH Custom Color Chemistry. Lips instantly look plumper, smoother, softer and more even.
How to use: Apply straight from the bullet, as the slim shape is designed for precise application. For a dewy, defined, sculpted effect, outline just past your natural lip line with your favorite Lip Cheat lip liner and fill in your lips for added intensity. For a fresh, diffused lip blur effect, apply straight from the bullet and use Lip Cheat to tease the edges, creating a soft, diffused, in-bloom effect.
Pro tip: Apply to cheeks for an instant sheer blush of fresh, dewy, youthful color at home or on the go.

Very pretty
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Charlotte Tilbury Blush Balm Lip Tint and really liked how natural it looks. It gives a soft wash of color that’s easy to apply and feels lightweight on the lips. I also like that it adds a little glow without feeling sticky. It’s a simple product to throw on for a quick, polished look.

Has potential but not the results.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the idea of the 3 in 1 and the packaging itself is gorgeous and looks high quality. However, I was not as impressed with the product as I'd have thought unfortunately. I didn't notice much of a colour change considering how dark it appears to be and it wasn't long lasting at all. It did leave my lips feeling soft after applications but again, this didn't last either. Such a shame as I was so excited to have a three in one and the colour looked perfect. The potential is there for the product but the results aren't so I wouldn't look to purchase again unfortunately.

Looks pretty 💗

My only issue would be that it doesn’t last long but because it’s a balm i wouldn’t expect it to however it’s supposed to be a tint which I wouldn’t say it does. But overall looks really pretty on and plus the packaging is always immaculate.

The formula feels really light and hydrating, almost like a balm, but it gives such a pretty natural tint. I believe it is perfect for everyday day wear when I want a soft, fresh look without heavy lipstick. Love the color is flattering, comfortable. Love the packaging - very cute.
