Chelsea Boot (Men)

The boots are incredibly well made and seem to be of high quality. The sizing, however, is problematic—it’s an Australian sizing so a woman’s US size 8, which was a man’s size 10, turned out to be ridiculously too big. A size 5 would have been the correct size to order. I’ve returned the boot and my daughter decided—because there is no real thick, cushiony lining, they wouldn’t really fit her needs since we’re in Upstate NY and one needs a warm boot to be comfortable.

Favorite & most comfortable boots ever. I have a wide, flat-ish foot for a woman and these boots fit like a dream. Supposedly the half sizes are the same length, just wider but I have not tried a whole size to compare. I am a women's 9.5-10 and I got the 7.5 here. I love the roomy toebox and openness of the shaft and their breathability makes these the only pair of boots I enjoy wearing in the summer. They are surprisingly lightweight and very waterproof up to the goring. The only minor issue / recommendation is to avoid driving in them for long distances because the stiffness is hard on your calves.
