Blunder Cover All in One Foundation

I've been following Monika Blunder since before she came out with this. I bought it the minute it was released and have used it DAILY since. Literally. It's the perfect consistency for whatever you need...either concealing or to be used like foundation. It does not break me out either (I have SUPER sensitive skin). Please don't ever change the formula as there is NOTHING like this on the market.

Until the next best thing comes along this is by far a superior foundation. I have rosacea and this covers all redness without looking cakey or heavy. It also has a beautiful luminously to it not too much just a lite from within look. It goes on nicely, a little goes a long way so don’t get too much on your brush, building is the best way to get the look you want. The price is also very good. I just wish there was a wider choice of colors.

At first I was worried about the slightly waxy consistency however this stuff blends like a dream and it feels like you aren’t wearing anything. I also love how it doesn’t transfer or slide around from my mask. I bought the hybrid brush with this and I like it although it takes longer to get coverage for the whole face. I used the beauty blender and got a great finish as well. As far as color matching goes, I took the quiz on the website and they got it spot on. For reference I have a great match with Bobbi Brown foundation stick in sand neutral and Kosas foundation in 170. I have been using this for a couple weeks now and do not notice any irritation. My skin is on the drier side due to retinol treatments, but this stuff does not settle into lines or get patchy on me. Love it!

I have dry skin but prefer to use powder foundation because it is lighter than creams and liquids. This cream foundation can be applied very lightly and provides great, even coverage that lasts all day and doesn't look heavy at all. I also have a minimalist view towards makeup so love that I can use it as a concealer also.

I don’t often write reviews, but felt I had to share my experience with this foundation. It is amazing in every way! I was worried it might be too “glowy” for my combination/oily skin. I use a damp beauty blender to tap product into my skin and used the MB buffer brush to blend out. It is extremely natural looking but makes your skin look airbrushed and polished. I have larger pores and this made the skin look smooth and beautiful The only downside was I had a hard time deciding which color to order, did the color match on the Monika Blunder website and ordered shade 2.5. Probably could have gotten away with the shade 3 as well. If you are on the fence about this foundation I wouldn’t hesitate.
