Boyfriend Denim Shorts

This is my first pair of shorts because I’ve always been very self-conscious about my legs. I tried these on and immediately fell in love. They’re not too short and not too long and have just the right amount of distress. I’m a mom of two kiddos and still feel sexy in these! Doesn’t feel like I’m showing too much.

I tried on sizes (4)27, (6)28 & (8)29. I’m 5’4, 125 lb. 34D (I feel like I have better luck when reviewers give their size). The 27 was tighter on my thighs than I wanted, but waist fit perfect. The 29 was way too big. I went with the 28 bc I liked the way it fit my thighs but truth be told, waist is way too big. I carry my weight in my butt and thighs. I will have the waist taken in since these shorts have a lower rise and there’s a gap when I sit. Perfect pair of lived in jean shorts.

My favorite shorts. If between sizes, size down. I’m between 27-28 and the 27 fits like a True relaxed boyfriend fit. Comfy, relaxed, great distressed fit.

I was nervous when I ordered these shorts because most things I wear are a lot more conservative than these. These fit great, they’re comfortable and well-made and I like how they look on me.

Love these. They sit a little lower on the waist. I probably could have gotten a 28 instead of 29 but it’s not worth the return (I belt them). I’m 5’8” and typically wear a size 8 or medium. They fit very well in the legs too - they hug but don’t pinch. The 3” inseam is my preferred shorts length and they hit exactly as expected on the thigh.

I bought the dark wash in these shorts last season and loved them. So when I saw there was a lighter wash I ordered the same size 28. These shorts are still super comfortable but I noticed the size 28 from this year and last year are so different. The second photo show how much bigger the light wash size 28 is from the dark wash. I would order a size down ! I
