A comfortable, true to size sneaker. Lined in shearling all around, it would have made for a fantastic casual shoe for winter that is not a boot. However. However, the gold details. Yikes. It's on the eyelets, the aglets, the trim. Sigh. It looks a bit try-hard. Like, make those more neutral and this would have been a really cool shoe. The high price is for the shearling (maybe the brand thinks it's name is worth the price? I don't agree), but styling makes it a no-go.
