Strapless Puffy Tulle Midi Formal Occasion Dress in Black

I purchased three different sizes because the reviews were all over the place. Received all three dresses and none of the sizing made any sense each were so different and sadly the quality was incredibly poor for the cost. I received each dress wrapped in white paper with a beautiful orange ribbon. Each dress was carefully tried on and then rewrapped with the ribbon, boxed and sent back. Days later I receive an email that says that my returns were declined. When I call Nordstrom's they tell me there's nothing that they can do because Mila gets to make the decision on what returns they accept or not. Nordstroms response is there is nothing we can do, even though the charge says Nordstrom on my Amex. Luckily they sent the dress back and I have proof that is was in perfect condition. I would not recommend this brand or anything sold from Marketplace on Nordstrom.
