Perfect fit
Just what I wanted. This fits hopefully just like all my other Birkenstocks. I like this as it fits a bit snug with the suede upper which I know will eventually stretch. Great look as well!

ridiculous packaging
I order certain items from Nordstrom because I expect expensive items to be sent without damage or flaw, but I will consider ordering from other places before ordering from Nordstrom again. My Birks are a gift for Christmas and they came in a box that was torn from end to end and smashed. Since I don’t live near a store, I would have to return and reorder which means not receiving in time for Christmas. Customer service could care less. Not sure what happened to their previous service and quality, but things have changed in recent years. Such a bummer for those of us who loved the difference while shopping at Nordstrom.
