Roadrunner Sneaker

I have the all green with white trim Roadrunner from Birdies I bought last year and I just ordered the Peach color. These sneakers are so comfortable and cute as well. I get so many compliments. True to size. I highly recommend. So many cute colors.

I was looking for a retro-style black and white sneaaker and this one popped up in my search. I loved the look but had never tried any Birdies shoes so didn’t know what to expect. The style is spot-on and exactly what I was looking for - I would definitely give 5 stars for the style. They are nice and cushy and generally very comfortable. My only ding is the design of the tongue. It’s a very short tongue and it has a leather or faux leather piece wrapped around the end of the tongue which makes it less flexible when walking. As a result I do notice that the top of my foot is hitting the tongue when I walk. I’m hoping it breaks in over time and it’s not terribly uncomfortable, just noticeable. The shoelaces are also a tad long so I end up double knotting them which ideally I wouldn’t have to do on a fashion sneaker (I expect to double knot on a running speaker). I don’t officially have a narrow foot but it is probably a little more narrow than average and these fit fine. Might be a bit tight for someone with a wider foot than average.

Cute but not for long walking

These are cuter online than in person. They are clunky and big☹️ Bummed.

This is a very versatile sneaker. I can wear with leggings, jeans, etc. The leopard print on the back adds just enough interest to the shoe. It's comfortable and can wear all day. I have a slightly narrow foot and these still fit great. You won't be disappointed.

Very comfortable! I purchased my normal size 9 and the fit is perfect. I have high arches and this gives me the support I need
