What it does: Formulated with pure Icelandic water as well as four hydrating agents, this cleanser quickly and easily removes impurities while gently toning and moisturizing skin.
How to use: Generously moisten a cotton pad with the cleansing water. Gently sweep over your face, neck and eyes. Repeat until the cotton pad comes away clean.

best micellar cleansing water
I love most of the Bioeffect products but this is now the only micellar cleansing water I’ll use.
When there’s a sale or beauty event, I stock up. I’m never without it.

Hands Down, The Best I've Used!
I've tried many cleansing water since they've become popular. What attracted me to this particular one is the fact that it is made with Icelandic water. When I think of Iceland, I think of purity and it certainly applies to this product. This cleansing water is the first step in my nightly skincare routine - I dampen a cotton pad and lightly wipe my face and my makeup disappears like magic. I usually repeat with a clean pad to make sure all eye makeup and foundation are gone. I now actually look forward to taking my makeup off because this cleansing water feels cool and refreshing. It's nice knowing that my face is 100% clean before I go to sleep - Love it!
