My need for blowdrying is simple, I just want to dry my wet hair clean, frizz free without stripping moisture or hair feeling flat and lifeless. I don't use a blow dryer for straight blow dry one where you use a brush and blow dry to get a straight look. Here is my experience with this blow dryer and also Bio Ionic blow dryer, 1. It takes longer to dry my hair even at highest heat setting. 2. Hair doesn't feel shiny, fresh after blow drying, it looks lifeless and flat and kinda oily. 3. It's expensive for a product that cannot get basic job done. I really like T3's straightener but this product is disappointing. I use Revlon hair dryer which I bought for $11 and it works great, my hair looks perfect after. I always fool myself into thinking expensive products are probably better but it's been a disappointment in the hair drying section. I tried GHD, Bio Ionic and T3 and still think Revlon is better.

This is good hair dryer. I am not sure if it drys hair faster than for example T3. Probably about the same. It excels ergonomically, so comfortable to use and lightweight as compared to T3. You could possibly even use as a travel dryer, except the handle does not bend. My hair is looking a lot better, not sure if that is due to switching to organic hair coloring or this hair dryer.

This dryer is gentle on my hair. I highlight my hair heavily in the summer time and it always is more frizzy. This dryer helps keep the chemically damaged hair smoother, without burning it. It does take about 5 minutes longer than a super high heat dryer, but worth the minor extra time to keep my hair looking great. I also use the longer barrel curling iron that goes with this dryer.
