I love this tool. So
I love this tool. So convenient with both features.
The only bad thing I can say is that I have bought 2 In the last 2 years. My first one did last me a year and a half and they would not replace it. After only 3 months of my second one it stopped working, however they did warranty and replace that one. So fingers crossed this one lasts!

Went out after two weeks
I really wanted to like this iron. It worked for two weeks and then I plugged it in one day and the electrical went out and never came back on. I did not even bother to return it as I had already thrown out the box etc. It works well when it works...not sure what to say about recommending it. This was just my experience. I have several curling irons including Dyson Wrap. Thought this would be great for quick jobs and travel.

Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my curling iron and I was hoping this 3 in one would be just as amazing. Unfortunately it's not. My hair gets caught in the curler and it isn't as smooth. Also the straightener plates don't close together unless I add a lot of hair so it takes more effort to straighten.

I wish that it had
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish that it had a setting to where it either curled or straightened - not both at the same time. Because when you Have it open to straighten, the barrel burns your forehead if you get it too close. It also comes unlatched pretty easily while curling. I’m overall happy with it but those improvements would be nice.
