Perfect Cozy Yoga Pants
This is my 2nd pair of these pants. I purchased the first pair 6 months ago. I bought this second pair because the fabric is substantial and very nice, and they launder well. The fit is perfect for my curvy figure.

Way too loose in waist
The waist is incredibly loose and these pants cannot stay up no matter how hard you try. Went down a size and they are a little too short for my 5"9-1/2" body and the waist cannot stay up at all. There is no elastic in the waist.

Cozy and great style but...
I like the style of these sweatpants. They do not have the elastic waist band that I personally think adds bulkiness around the waist or the pockets that tend to give the illusion of having round hips. I am slim, straight, XS/Size 2 - I bought them in XS and I did not have any sizing issues at all. They are also extremely soft and cozy BUT, I am only giving them 3 stars because they do start pilling right away and they also attract hair, lint...everything! ha! I feel like I have to carry a lint-roll w me when I wear these :)...I've only worn them about 3-4 times and they have already lost their "new look" to them. Obviously, I'm not crazy about the quality of material, For that reason, I would not recommend them for the price and would not purchase them again.

Cozy but...
Very comfortable but after wearing for two hours, they had terrible pilling in the inseam. Will continue to wear around the house, but definitely not worth the price.

Cozy but stretches
These sweatpants are super cozy and soft, so they're perfect around the house! The waistband is also really stretchy and forgiving, but the downside is that it tends to stretch too much as the day wears on. Personally, I won't wear this outside the house, but it's perfect for lounging inside.

Bizarre design
These literally have no hip or waist to hold them up. It’s just a super wide fold-over band going around the hips. Under no circumstances could I possibly wear these in public because they would fall off immediately. I considered sizing down (maybe they’re just too big I thought?) but no way - they’d be too small. If you just want a pair of fat pants to sit around the house in, great, these will work, but don’t try to do anything else (like they’ll literally fall off while you’re making a cup of coffee). They’re quite soft, I’ll say that!
