Nice luggage but only received half the order.
I was so excited about purchasing this luggage for Christmas gifts. It arrived quickly and I decided to check the contents of the box, just to make sure it was O.K. I’m glad I did! The spinner was there, but not the drop bottom carry on. I called in to customer service. She was very nice and helpful. But she said since it was a set, she felt like it should have been in the box. And, it showed my delivery was complete. So, instead of doing an exchange, I decided to purchase a different color. And return what I had received for a refund. We’ll see how this works out. Hopefully good, because the luggage is really nice.
